Many of our pieces are hand made to order just for you. This high quality hand work takes time and can not be rushed. We always want to accommodate your timing, so please reach out and let us know the dates that we should be aware of for your order. Although we cannot make any guarantees, we will always try to accommodate your requests and expedite when possible!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit on select items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund. Please email us email@example.com should you have any questions.
Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
